Abraham and Sarah

Focus Verses: Gen. 12:2-3 GNT

Memory Verse:

[God said] "I will bless you and make your name famous, so that you will be a blessing.... Through you I will bless all the nations."   Gen. 12:2-3 GNT.

 Main Idea:

God called Abraham and Sarah and all their descendents into a special relationship as people of God. God promised to be with them just as God is with us today.

Coming up:

Rebekah was a strong and determined woman who was chosen by God. God chooses us, as God chose Rebekah. Like Rebekah, we can show hospitality and kindness to others. God gives us opportunities to serve, and we can recognize these opportunities.
